Ceramique India follows to the most elevated quality benchmarks and takes extraordinary care in conveyances. All our items are Carefully assembled by the finest group of artisans. All items are put through a rigid quality check before packaging.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EXCHANGE
Your purchase may be eligible for exchange as per below criteria:
Please note that the products are handmade and may show certain texture difference.
• Our items are not qualified for returns or trade unless the item received has a manufacturing imperfection OR has been conveyed broken. It would be ideal if you take a picture of the defect as soon as you open the packaging.
• Products bought during sale period /discounted pricing, are not qualified for returns or exchange.
• Customized items or uncommon bulk orders are not qualified for returns or trade.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
If your purchase meets the exchange criteria above, please contact our customer care team within 1 week of delivery via any of the following channels:

• For Damage issues, please provide order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in.
Our customer care team will investigate and revert within 48 hours. Upon receipt of communication from our customer care team, please follow the below steps:
REFUND POLICY
• If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria stated above, we will happily exchange and offer a fresh piece.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
• Orders once confirmed, cannot be cancelled/amended.
• Products obtained amid sale period / discounts are not qualified for return or exchange.
• Products acquired earlier to sale cannot be exchanged amid sale period.
• No discounts are engaged if the client has provided wrong or inadequate shipping address.
• No discounts are engaged if there are 2 failed delivery attempts by our shipping organization and/or if the package is denied by the recipient.
• Please guarantee that the delivery gotten is in great condition and has not been altered with, some time recently you sign off acceptance.
• In case of a damaged package, it would be ideal if you hold the original packaging (along with solicitations, names etc.) until our team reviews it. Moreover, it would be ideal if you guarantee to write “Received Damaged “on the delivery receipt when accepting and signing off with the dispatch partner.
• Our objective is to provide your requested item within 7 business days but based on the transportation, our delivery partners, climate conditions and et cetera, at times your delivery can be delayed by a greatest of 30 days. If the delay disappoints you, cancellation of the arrange will get you a full discount on your purchase.
• After setting your arrange, if a item goes out of stock, we will attempt to get it restocked and delivered inside following 30 days or else you will get a full discount on your arrange.
